Glamorous hotels, stunning chalets and sun terraces to be seen on are matched by the steep sided mountains on either side of the village. The mountain provides a great range of runs as well as the start of the famous “White Ring” ski area, encompassing the whole of the Lech and Zurs ski area.
The village is still heavy on its heritage and tradition and the hotels are lavishly furnished.

‘The’ original Austrian 5 star hotel
This hotel's excellent reputation for perfect hospitality speaks for itself
Don’t be put off by the steep valley walls, the runs in Zurs are perfectly groomed and maintained throughout the day. Providing ideal cruising for blue and red run skiers, the area offers the perfect pistes to really let your skis do the talking. Long straights and some fantastic twisting pistes make it an all round exciting resort.
The renowned 'White Circuit' allows you to ski into Lech and back again to experience the ‘White Ring’.
Off the piste Zurs is a powder hounds heaven; lots of fields and faces to be skied - if you know where you are going. Take advice from us on the best runs and the best conditions and a guide from the exclusive Zurs ski school will help provide an unforgettable day.
The heli-skiing pick up point for the Arlberg region is in Zurs as well and if the opportunity presents itself, this is a chance to escape any crowds and really experience the valley at its best.

Zurs airs on the side of sophistication. If champagne at the ice bar or a mulled wine in a sheepskin clad sun lounger is your style of après ski, then Zurs is perfect for you.
When the evening comes and the sun has gone then piano bars in hotel lounges and fine wine in chic cellar bars are the norm for Zurs. The one nightclub in town has a reputation as one of the most exclusive in the Arlberg.
Hotel restaurants all offer a splendid range of cuisines to suit all pallets.

If the weather permits and you are confident in your ski ability, a heli-ski experience is amazing. Skiing off piste with your guide to the heli pad and then being flown over the Arlberg to the hidden valley, and then skiing back towards Zurs through unspoilt fresh terrain is a truly unforgettable experience.
Flexenhausl restaurant is a hidden gem. Open at lunchtime as well as in the evening. It only seats 20 people so bookings are essential, the food is traditional and the atmosphere is cosy, homely and a great evening is guaranteed.
