Chalet L'Arctique

Located bang in the centre of Courchevel 1850 and opposite the pistes of La Croisette, the brand new for 2012 L'Arctique is in an A1 location for skiing, shopping, partying and all things Courchevel.

The main chalet is split over three levels. The top floor is dedicated to a luxurious living area, designed by a top London interior designer, the quality of finish is 'par excellence'. A beautiful American Oak dining table and centre piece chandelier sets the tone for the spacious and well appointed dining area with seating for 12 guests. The ubiquitous flat screen is top of the range (and the size of a tennis court!), providing excellent in chalet entertainment.

The chalet has 5 bedrooms and one features 4 bunk beds! The bedrooms all offer luxurious settings and most of the soft furnishings are bespoke and handmade from Andrew Martin using Scottish wood. The indulgent master bedroom has a solid brass bath in the bedroom and one of the ensuites has a Jacuzzi bath.

There is an option to take a basement apartment that is also fantastically well appointed but has a separate entrance and can be self contained. The basement apartment features a mirrored wall, open-plan kitchen/lounge and sleeping area that are cleverly separated by custom-built joinery housing a 46" plasma screen television which sits on a swivel plate to service both the bedroom and living areas.
