• At Kaluma we do so much more then just book your holiday.....

  We pride ourselves on the service that we offer to you, our guests. Unlike many of the bigger players we are privileged to be able to call many of our guests our friends as well.

  Kaluma was formed 2003-04, by the three founder members, Neal, Richard and Andy, all whom previously owned or managed other high end operators. When the chance arose to start a new company, centered around the guests enjoyment and to take customer care and the personal touch back to its roots, Kaluma Travel was born.

  We actually live in our resorts, they have become our homes and the locals have become our friends. This helps to grant us access to the hidden world of ski resort life! We have direct dial numbers to get access to the best tables in the best restaurants, the best spot in the busiest bars. We know the best instructors to cater to every ability, from complete beginner to the expert powder hound. We are confident and assured in our suggestions and recommendations of ski shops, ski runs, mountain huts, apres ski, restaurants for every palate and resort activities and most of the time we are more then happy to accompany you on any of the above!

  We are on hand 24 / 7 to answer questions, offer advice or to join you for a drink.

Our Services

• An efficient and friendly service from your initial contact with our London office which will continue in the Alps.
• An experienced overseas team who will guarantee a seamless holiday.
• We maximise the time spent on the slopes by using scheduled flights, private transfers and hotel/chalet accommodation reserved for any duration of stay.
• Transfer, by helicopter, private taxi or shared vehicle, from the airport to your selected hotel or chalet.
• In resort staff to help you select your equipment, collect your lift passes, give advice on the best runs for your ability and where the ski conditions are prime, book hand-picked instructors and advise on the best places for lunch (including reserving your table), the best shopping and of course the best après ski.
• Our resort teams have access to a selection of tried and tested professional nannies and/or babysitters to take care of your children.
