Chalet Chef
St Anton (max 24 pax) Courchevel 1850 (10 and 8 pax)
As chef you will have an enthusiasm for food that shows quality of produce, creative presentation and flair. You will also have the ability to relate well to people and their needs, dietary or otherwise. You will need to be able to work well with your team members. You will work to a generous budget where you choose your menu and with which you can spoil your guests. Outline requirement for the job are as follows:
Freshly prepare and cook, breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and a four course meal 6 days a week

Menu design/planning and presentation is to be to professional catering standard.
Ensure all client needs, expectations and requirements are met at all times.
Along with your team members you will ensure the cleanliness of the chalet and its property. Your key responsibility will be the kitchen and its associated areas.
You will be responsible for the ordering of food stocks and speaking with suppliers
Have a flexible attitude to your role, company, team members and clients.
Chalet Host
St Anton & Courchevel 1850
As Chalet Host you will need the ability to relate well to people and their needs. Flexibility, friendliness and keen enthusiasm are all key attributes to making this job work for you. This is in fact a demanding role where you really will get out what you put it.
Outline requirement for the job are as follows:
Ensure all client needs, expectations and requirements are met
You will ensure the cleanliness of the chalet and its
property.
Making of the beds, cleaning the bathrooms and all other
communal area’s
Assist in the preparation of breakfast, afternoon tea,
canapés and the four course evening meal.
Have a flexible attitude to your role, company, team
members and clients.

Resort Representative
Courchevel 1850
Ensuring a smooth and efficient operation in resort, providing a comprehensive resort representative service to guests, providing a high quality of service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. To exceed expectations to ensure an excellent holiday experience for all Kaluma clients
Job will include:
working with both hotel and chalet guests.
Driving guests to and from airports
Upkeep and cleanliness of company vehicles.
Organisation of ski school, ski hire and lift passes
Pre-empt and follow up problems, queries or requests
offering assistance and support to guests
Demonstrate vigilance on health and safety issues, and
take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the
guests.
Provide a competent ski orientation service if applicable
to your resort.
Requirements
Minimum age of 23 years
UK or EU passport
NI number and bank account
Relevant qualifications and/or professional experience
Full clean driving licence
Conversational German / French (not essential)
Competent skier with ability to lead a group
